Digital Products

Our digital products including but not limited to digital plans, services, ebooks, templates, and audio/video recordings can not be refunded or exchanged once access is made in any form.

As a valued customer, you take the responsibility of understanding the product that you are purchasing and its intended purpose. 

Digital products are non-tangible in nature and are made available by the internet within minutes to one hour of purchase. As a result, digital products are not refundable.

Books, workbooks, and other physical products.

Any defected physical product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Physical products can be refunded no more than seven business days from the initial purchase date.
